Multiple Visions: A Common Bond
Richly varied displays of toys, traditional arts, village scenes, textiles, and popular arts. Over 100 countries are represented in Alexander Girard's innovative use of the color and gallery space with objects at eye level for visitors 2 to 102, even overhead. Daily 10am-5pm.

Familia y Fe/Family and Faith
Spotlights the importance of family and faith to NM Hispanic culture. Displays of religious imagery, furniture, tinwork, jewelry, household utensils, tools, agricultural equipment, horse gear, jewelry, and architectural elements ranging from the colonial era to contemporary works in the Changing Gallery. Daily 10am-5pm.

Dancing Shadows, Epic Tales: Wayang Kulit of Indonesia
Wayang kulit are flat, elaborately painted and intricately carved and perforated leather shadow puppets that cast dazzling shadows through a cotton screen. Various aspects of this performance art will be explored, including gamelan, artistic techniques involved in making shadow puppets, the cast of characters, and regional variations of wayang. There will be musical gamelan performances and art-making demonstrations.
