There are a number of Appraisal Services listed in our Art Services Directory. Read an article about the importance of appraisals.
Type the artist’s name in the “Search our Site” field at the top of each page on our web site. Each gallery that is listed in your search results either represents or shows by that that artist. Click on the gallery name to see their address, phone number, web link, and email address in order to contact that gallery. If the artist’s name does not show up, try different spellings. If the artist’s name still doesn’t show up, try searching the web through Google or another search engine.
You can also try our Advanced Search feature, which lets you search by type of art or location in New Mexico. A list of galleries will show up that carry that type of work. You might try contacting these galleries to find your artist.
Use the “Search our Site” field at the top of each page on our web site. On each gallery web page, you can find the gallery address, phone number, email, and their own web page. Click on the Web Site or E-mail link for each gallery to contact them. Please make sure you are contacting the gallery, and not The Collector’s Guide.
You may order a copy online or you may call us at 1-800-873-4278 to purchase a copy. The Collector’s Guide is available free in New Mexico, and is found at galleries, museums, hotels, and many other locations around the state. If you are outside New Mexico, there is a charge for sending you the publication.
Go to the Calendar page. At the bottom of the left column, you will see a link to our Submit an Arts Event form. Please make sure to fill out the form completely, and it will be reviewed for submission.
Submit your event to the Online Arts Calendar. All gallery and museum exhibition events are reviewed for inclusion in Gallery News, which is also available as a podcast, as an online newsletter, and emailed out to thousands of subscribers.
Please call us at 1-800-873-4278 or 505-245-4200 (Albuquerque), and any one of our staff can help answer your questions. You can also read more about becoming part of The Collector's Guide here. The Collector’s Guide is published annually in April, and the sales period is September through November.
